Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Simby Studio and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Simby Studio does
Simby Studio is a creator tool that helps you publish short-form videos you produced — including Roblox and other gameplay footage — to social accounts you personally own. Publishing runs through each platform's official API and OAuth consent flow, currently the TikTok Content Posting API and the YouTube Data API.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the platforms you connect and by the law of your country, whichever is greater. You must also meet the eligibility requirements of every platform you publish to.
3. Your account and authorizations
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for everything published through them using the Service. Publishing only ever happens after you complete the platform's own OAuth consent screen and then give express consent inside the publishing screen. You can revoke access at any time from that platform's security settings, and doing so immediately stops the Service from acting on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
- Publish only content you own or are licensed to publish.
- Do not publish illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Comply with the terms and community guidelines of TikTok, YouTube, Roblox, and any other connected platform, and with applicable law.
- Do not use the Service to post to accounts you do not own or have not been authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any API, system, or account.
- Do not use the Service for spam, bulk automated posting, engagement manipulation, or scraping other creators' content.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant Simby Studio only the limited technical permission required to read the file you selected and transmit it to the platform you chose, at your direction. Simby Studio claims no license to your content and does not add a watermark, logo, or branding to it.
6. Third-party platforms
TikTok, YouTube, Roblox, and other providers operate under their own terms and may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time. Simby Studio is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, content moderation decisions, or actions taken against your account.
7. Privacy
How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Service availability
The Service may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on a third-party API may stop working if that API changes. We do not guarantee that any particular upload will succeed.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simby Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost content, or account suspension arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking platform access and removing the application from your device. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached or if required by a platform or by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The effective date above changes when they are, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
