How it works

Six steps from a finished clip to a published post. You can stop at any point before the final consent, and nothing will have been uploaded.

  1. Authorize your TikTok account

You are sent to TikTok's own login and permission screen. Simby Studio never sees your password. You approve the specific permissions listed there, and you can revoke them later from your TikTok account settings.

  2. Confirm the destination account

The publishing screen shows the connected creator's nickname, username, and maximum allowed video duration, so you always know exactly where the post will land before you continue.

  3. Choose a video and write the title

Pick the clip from your device. It appears in a preview player at the real aspect ratio. The title field is fully editable and is never filled in or altered automatically.

  4. Set privacy and interaction options

Select a privacy level — nothing is preselected, so this is always a deliberate choice. Comment, Duet, and Stitch stay off unless you turn them on, and any option your account has disabled is greyed out.

  5. Declare commercial content if it applies

If the video promotes a brand or is paid partnership content, switch the disclosure on and choose "Your Brand", "Branded Content", or both. The consent text updates to reference the relevant TikTok policies, including Music Usage Confirmation.

  6. Give consent and watch the status

Review everything one final time, tick the express consent checkbox, and press Post. The upload status is polled and displayed until TikTok confirms the video is published or returns an error you can act on.

What happens to your data along the way

Your access token is stored on your own machine in a protected file so the tool can upload on your behalf. The video file goes directly from you to TikTok's API. Simby Studio does not keep a copy of your video, and it does not send your content anywhere other than the platform you authorized. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Want to see it live? Open Post to TikTok and walk through the screen yourself. Nothing is published until the final consent step.
